Likewise, try keeping your hands away from your face, as the dirt and excess oil that is placed on the face when you touch it will cause more acne. Likewise, stop stressing about your pimples because it has been proven that stress is a major reason why many people get acne. Drink plenty of water and eat healthy foods and before you acknowledge it, you will start to see numerous changes in your skin.
